About the Coffee

A coffee lovers coffee and a coffee that will make you zoom! This bean has intense fruit notes on the front end and finishes with a chocolatey body. When brewed as espresso, the pineapple and lemon notes are prominently featured. When brewing it as a drip the fruit notes are subdued slightly and the cocoa notes come through.

This coffee will give a unique cup that is hard to beat. Easily a house favorite at Twin Suns.

About the Producer

This coffee comes from the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas, Mexico. It comes from a small coop founded in 2010 called Cafe Sierra Azul with 300 members.
